Health and Relationship Coaching Support with Becca

Looking at the whole person, not just the symptom.

Support for your health, your relationships and the things in life that don’t always fit neatly into separate boxes.

With more than 25 years’ experience in health and wellbeing, alongside my training in relationship, breakup and divorce coaching, I support women with both their physical health and the difficult relationships that may be affecting their lives.

You might come to me because you are exhausted, flaring or struggling with autoimmune, hormonal or gynaecological symptoms.

You might come because you are walking on eggshells in a relationship, questioning yourself or wondering whether you should stay or go.

Or you may be navigating separation, divorce or difficult post-separation dynamics.

And sometimes, it’s all happening at once.

My approach is individual and whole-person. We start with what is happening for you and work out what support you need from there.

Here is how I can support you...

Support for Your Health

Autoimmune Health

Living with an autoimmune condition can be unpredictable and exhausting. You may experience periods when you feel relatively well followed by flares that seem to come from nowhere, leaving you wondering what you did wrong.

I help you step back and look at the wider picture: your symptoms, health history, energy, hormones, nutrition, stress, emotional wellbeing and what else may be happening in your life.

The aim is not to find one simplistic “root cause”, but to understand your individual patterns and identify the areas where additional support may be helpful.

Gynaecological & Vulval Health

Symptoms affecting intimate areas of the body can have an enormous impact on everyday life, relationships, confidence and emotional wellbeing, yet they can still be difficult to talk about.

I have a particular interest in supporting women experiencing conditions and symptoms including lichen sclerosus, vulvodynia, vaginismus, recurring BV, genital herpes and other vulval and gynaecological concerns.

You will have the space to talk openly about what is happening without embarrassment or judgement, while we consider your symptoms within the context of your overall health and wellbeing.

Hormonal Health

Hormonal changes can affect far more than your menstrual cycle.

You may be experiencing exhaustion, changes in mood, disrupted sleep, anxiety, brain fog or simply a sense that you no longer feel like yourself.

I support women experiencing hormonal concerns including perimenopause, menopause and PCOS, taking time to understand your individual symptoms and wider health picture.

Relationship Coaching and Divorce Avoidance

You don’t have to wait until you have decided to leave to ask for help.

Sometimes you simply know that something doesn’t feel right. You may be walking on eggshells, constantly questioning yourself, struggling to communicate what you need or wondering whether your relationship can change.

My role is not to tell you to leave, and I do not encourage divorce. Instead, I help you understand what is happening beneath the surface and become clearer about what you need and what, realistically, can change. This can be done on your own or as a couple if appropriate.

Together, we explore:

Communication - understanding how you communicate with each other and finding clearer, healthier ways to express what you need, particularly when conversations repeatedly end in conflict, defensiveness or silence.

Language & conditioning - recognising the beliefs, roles and patterns you may have learned earlier in life, and how these can influence what you tolerate, how you respond and why you may find yourself questioning your own feelings or judgement.

Needs, values & boundaries - identifying what matters to you, what you need from a relationship and where your boundaries lie, while learning how to communicate and hold them with greater confidence.

Healthy relationship dynamics - understanding what safety, respect, trust, consistency, compromise and repair actually look like, so you can assess your relationship more objectively rather than continually wondering whether you are expecting too much.

Clarity & self-trust - stepping out of confusion and beginning to trust your own judgement again.

If you have reached the point where you are asking Should I Stay or Should I Go?, my framework gives us a structured way to explore these areas, including what would need to change for you to stay and whether that change is realistically possible.

The aim is not a predetermined outcome. It is greater communication where that is possible, a clearer understanding of what is happening, stronger boundaries and enough clarity and self-trust to make your own decisions about what comes next.

I won’t make the decision for you. I’ll help you become clearer about the decision that is right for you.

Separation, Divorce & Post-Separation Abuse

Sometimes clarity leads to separation. Sometimes the most difficult dynamics begin or intensify after a relationship has ended.

I offer practical and emotional coaching through separation and divorce, including difficult communication, boundaries, co-parenting and navigating high-conflict or controlling post-separation behaviour.

Where there has been coercive control or post-separation abuse, the focus may need to shift from trying to improve communication to protecting your wellbeing, reducing conflict and finding safer, more appropriate ways to manage ongoing contact.

When Health and Relationships Overlap

My health and coaching work are not two completely separate parts of my practice.

You might initially come to me because of your health and realise that chronic stress or a difficult relationship is one part of a much bigger picture.

Or you may come for relationship coaching while also struggling with exhaustion, anxiety, hormonal changes or an existing health condition.

That doesn’t mean your relationship has caused your illness.

It means we don’t have to pretend that your body, your experiences, your relationships and the way you have learned to cope exist independently of one another.

This is the thinking behind my BLOOM Framework®, which brings together body awareness, conditioning, needs and values, relationship dynamics, boundaries and self-trust.

Not Sure What Support You Need?

You don’t need to diagnose the problem or decide whether you need health support or coaching before you contact me.

We can start with what is happening now.

Together, we can work out what support would be most useful and what your next step might be.
